The Charity provides an advice/information sign posting service to residents living in its area of benefit, also provides and supports activities that improve peoples health, well being and quality of life The Charity also acts as an umbrella organisation to ensure residents are consulted in the many regeneration and re-devolopment plans in the area.

Objects: The Promotion For The Public Benefit Of Community Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation Of North Sheffield In The County Of South Yorkshire, And In Particular The Neighbourhoods Of New And Old Parson Cross, By All Or Any Of The Following Means: Provided That Such Powers Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Local Authority Or Other Bodies Of A Statutory Duty. 1. The Relief Of Poverty In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit. 2. The Advancement Of Training And Education, Particularly Amongst Those Who Seek To Access Jobs Or Further And Or Higher Education. 3. The Provision Of Assistance And Or Maintenance Of Care Services For Dependents, Such As Elderly Relatives Or Children, To Those Entering Employment Or Education Or Training, In Circumstances Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need. 4. The Creation Of Opportunities For Employment And Self-Employment And To Promote And Provide Buildings, Land And Facilities On Such Terms As Are Necessary For The Nurturing Of Self-Sustainable Activities. 5. The Provision Of Grants And Loans To Organisations Having Similar Charitable Purposes For The Social Welfare Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Said Areas.6. The Provision Of Suitable Housing For Those Who Are In Need, Particularly For Elderly And Disabled, And To Make Adaptations And Improvements To Housing In Public Or Charitable Ownership.7. The Maintenance And Improvement And Or Provision Of Public Amenities, Such As Parks And Gardens, Public Meeting Rooms, Sports Grounds, Leisure Facilities, Information Points, Street Signs And Street Furniture, And Similar Public Space Amenity.8. The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For The Public Ant Large Or Those Who By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity, Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Of Such Facilities. 9. The Protection Or Conservation Of The Environment.10. The Promotion And Provision Of Opportunities And Facilities That Improve And Maintain Public Health.11. Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined, Subject To The Prior Consent Of The Charity Commissioners For England And Wales.
