The Foundation makes grants to St Paul's Knightsbridge within its objects to support in office a curate to vicar and to contribute towards the maintenance of the fabric of the church and support worship therein.
Objects: (i) To Maintain And Support In Office By Payment Of A Stipend And Other Related Expenses To Or Contribution Thereto Or The Provision Of Accommodation For A Person Who Is Appointed As Or Performs The Function Of A Curate To The Vicar Or Priest In Charge For The Time Being Of The Church Of St. Paul's, Knightsbridge London Sw1 ("st. Paul's Church")(ii) Subject To (a) Above Generally To Advance The Christian Religion And In The Trustees' Discretion And Insofar As Trusts Of The Charity So Permit, To Expand The Trust Fund (i) Either In Or Towards The Maintenance, Preservation Or Improvement Of The Fabric Furnishings And Equipment Of St. Paul's Church And Any Buildings Used For The Purposes Thereof Or (ii) To Support The Worship In St. Paul's Church Including Without Limitation Performance Of The Choir And The Organist And Other Musical Or Artistic Activities Intended To Enhance Or Encourage Worship In St. Paul's Church.
