In accordance with the terms of the Trust the available income is paid once a year to St Alban's church, Hindhead for the purposes specified. The Trustees are satisfield that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.

Objects: Upon Trust To Pay In One Amount Annually, On The 31st. Of December Of Each Year ( Or On A Date As Near As Possible To This Date As May Be Convenient To The Bank ) The Balance Of Income Remaining On Deposit After The Deductions As Described In Paragraph (E) Above, Tothe Vicar And Churchwardens For The Time Being Of The Parish Church Of Saint Alban, Hindhead, Surrey, For The General Upkeep, Maintenance, And Improvements To The Parish Church Of Saint Alban, Hindhead, Surrey, And Of Its Graveyard.taking Other Sources Of Income Into Account, If The Income From The Charitable Trust Formed Above, Should At Some Future Date Exceed The Expenditure, The Vicar And Churchwardens For The Time Being Of Saint Alban Church, Hindhead, Surrey, May Accumulate Such Income Towards Expenditure In Future Years, Or May Use The Same For Other Charitable In Law Causes, Such As The Relief Of Poverty In The Parish.
