Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And The Collection When Transferred To Them Together With Other Works Of Art Thereafter Acquired Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Following Objects ("The Objects") That Is To Say The Advancement Of The Education Of The Public In The Arts Especially The Work Of Artists And Designers Living In Originating From Working In Or Having Connections With North West Essex And In Particular But Without Restriction By1. The Preservation And Display Of The Collection And Other Works Of Art2. The Promotion Of Education Of Works From The Collection At The Gallery Or Elsewhere In The United Kingdom.
