THE PRESERVATION AND DISPLAY OF THE COLLECTION AND OTHER WORKS OF ART2.  THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION OF WORKS FROM THE COLLECTION AT THE GALLERY OR ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
