No Limits was established in 1993. It offers information, advice, advocacy, counselling & support to children & young adults up to 26 in Southampton, Hampshire and Portsmouth. It is a high quality, innovative & award winning service delivered through a drop-in centre, outreach centres and specialist projects which reach out to young people. We seek to help young people help themselves

Objects: To help relieve and prevent suffering caused by mental or physical ill-health, or by social or economic circumstances, amongst young people across Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, and surrounding areas, by establishing, maintaining and developing information, advice, counselling and other supportive services or settings.
