**Objects:** TO HELP RELIEVE AND PREVENT SUFFERING CAUSED BY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL-HEALTH OR BY SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AMONGST THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING AN INFORMATION, ADVICE AND COUNSELLING SERVICE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND/OR GROUP.

**Activities:** No Limits was established in 1993. It offers information, advice, advocacy, counselling & support to children & young adults up to 26 in Southampton, Hampshire and Portsmouth. It is a high quality, innovative & award winning service delivered through a drop-in centre, outreach centres and specialist projects which reach out to young people. We seek to help young people help themselves
