Play Wales is a charity that provides advice and guidance for all in Wales who have a responsibility for any environment where children and young people play. Play Wales upholds children's right to play and believes that freely chosen play is critical to human development. Play Wales works strategically to ensure that children have access to quality play provison in their communities.
Objects: The objects of the charity are, for the benefit of the public:(a) To provide and assist in the provision of facilities and services for play, recreation, education and other leisure-time occupation for all children throughout the world, including in Wales.(b) The advancement of the education of the general public in relation to play, recreation, education and other leisure-time occupation for children through but not limited to the provision of resources, support, training and information.
