We are part of a national movement of community foundations that undertakes strategic social investment, including grant-making, facilitates community philanthropy and contributes to achieving positive social change in communities.
Objects: The Objects For Which The Charity Is Established Are The Promotion Of Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Community In The United Kingdom But Primarily Within The Following Areas: 1. The Five Metropolitan Boroughs Presently Constituting The Area Of The County Of Merseyside Namely The City Of Liverpool And The Metropolitan Boroughs Of Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley And St Helens Together With The Area Of Halton Borough Council; 2. The County Of Lancashire And The Boroughs Of Blackburn With Darwen And Blackpool.
