Flnanclal Statements The financial statements have been prepared in acrdanCe viith the Companies Act 2006, Charities Act 2011 and FRS102 and comply with the Ch8rities Siatement of Recommended Practice on Accounting. The movement in funds is shown on the Consolidaled Statement of Financial Aciivities. CFLM realised a surplus in its unrestricted funds of £745 (2024: surplus £69.420). CFLM'S total funds (unrestricted funds, restricted immediate impact funds and restricted endowment funds) amounted to £23.274,132 at 31 March 2025 (2024: £24,386,489). The Trustees have passed a totsl retum resolution for pemianent endowments more information is included in nole 13. Reserves Pollcy The r8s&rves of CFLM are composed of restricted, unr8Stricled and 8ndowmant funds.
