Activities
The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home provides a full supportive hands-on nursing service for patients suffering from cancer, or other life-threatening conditions, in their own homes. We serve the community within an approximate 15 mile radius of Petersfield and provide cover seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, without charge
Objects: To Provide A Full Palliative Nursing Care Service To Patients In Their Own Homes, Or Elsewhere; To Provide Counselling, Bereavement Support And Similar Services To Patients, Their Families And Friends; To Provide All Or Any Of The Above Services, In Whole, Or In Part, According To Need And Without Charge To Patients, Or Their Families; To Provide Such Services In Collaboration With Other Care Professionals
