**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A FULL PALLIATIVE NURSING CARE SERVICE TO PATIENTS IN THEIR OWN HOMES, OR ELSEWHERE; TO PROVIDE COUNSELLING, BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT AND SIMILAR SERVICES TO PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS; TO PROVIDE ALL OR ANY OF THE ABOVE SERVICES, IN WHOLE, OR IN PART, ACCORDING TO NEED AND WITHOUT CHARGE TO PATIENTS, OR THEIR FAMILIES; TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER CARE PROFESSIONALS

**Activities:** The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home provides a full supportive hands-on nursing service for patients suffering from cancer, or other life-threatening conditions, in their own homes. We serve the community within an approximate 15 mile radius of Petersfield and provide cover seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, without charge
