Objects: To Promote The Relief Of All People With A Mental Disability Within The Counties Of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Denbighshire And Flintshire And The County Boroughs Of Conwy And Wrexham And To Assist Those Persons To Overcome The Disabilities Attendant Upon The Handicap By The Provision Of A Service Calculated To Assist Them To Obtain Their Full Rights And Privileges As Citizens And To Live As Independently And As Normally As Possible
