We managed most of the service we provrded involved General Advice and Informatic￿ to support members to access services available both l¢xally and nationally. Over the year, we increased the number of Advocacy support services provided to our customers to get tre SeNi￿S and benefits that they are entitled to under the law. Ilthere a client need Advocacy involving legal advice we have been refeffing or sign-posting dients to agencies and institutions Whe￿ they might be to aC￿sS legal advi￿. We continue receive an inueaslng number of Universal Credit cases. 2. Ski118 TrainirKJ We started training young Somali women to become carers within their communty. In addition we deaded train more volunteers to support and provide basic advice to those who are affected by the Universal Credit. We also train our members to provide basic counselling which are culturalty tailored to the culture of the people. The project is successful and we are hoping to make this a Perrnar￿nt project
