Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are. The relief of those in need by (for example) the receipt of gifts of clothing and household items from members of the public and others and their onward donation to those in need of such items. The advancement of environmental protection or improvement by (for example) the provision of opportunity to have local pride in the community by the practical encouragement throughout the community of those of all ages in the collection and appropriate disposal of litter. The advancement of education and digital inclusion by (for example) the provision of skill sharing workshops offering opportunities for the development of practical skills such as computer literacy and understanding, cooking, wood working, joinery, gardening, sewing, knitting, bookbinding, and reading, along with other skills as required. The advancement of citizenship or community development by (for example): (a) providing the opportunity to assist in the sorting and assessment of clothing and household items for onward donation to others. (b) providing the opportunity to assist in the upgrade and installation of free software in pre-owned laptop computers to be given to social work contacts for use by those in need. (c) the provision of a community vegetable garden to enable members of the community to benefit from grown produce. (d) providing for the development of young people’s skills to enable them to become valuable members of the community.
