(b) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities focused on traditional Chinese Lion and Dragon dance to local community members enabling them to participate in activities designed to teach them about this art form and to provide a platform for those interested in performing these cultural dances within the local community whilst also improving their own respective health and wellbeing.
