Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are: • To advance religion by providing facilities for worship, religious observance, and religious education, and by promoting understanding of Islamic beliefs and practices. • To advance education by providing classes, training, workshops and educational resources for children, young people and adults. • To provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for members of the local community, particularly children, young people and families. • To relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through the provision of support, advice and community services. • To advance citizenship and community development by promoting social inclusion, community cohesion and interfaith dialogue.
