Objectives: The advancement of public participation in sport, including (without limitation) through the following activities: provision of facilities for, and generally to promote the advancement of public participation in the playing of the game of tennis in the area of Wormit, Newport-on-Tay, Gauldry and their respective environs and amongst the community. the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended' provision and maintenance of the Wormit Tennis Courts and Newport Tennis Courts and club owned tennis equipment for use of its members.
