Objectives: 4 The organisation’s purposes are: a) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages through the creation of a safe, culturally sensitive space where women can heal, break cycles of abuse and toxicity that lead to poor mental and physical wellbeing. This will enable women from a range of backgrounds to break down behaviours and attitudes that contributes to cycles of abuse and toxicity. b) The organisation of recreational activities through the provision of a dedicated space for women to access trauma informed support groups and build a supportive community for recreation with the added benefit of trauma informed healing. The women will participate in well-being workshops that will help them to build daily wellbeing tools for them to heal and thrive.
