**Purposes:** 'the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended','the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage'

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation’s purposes are:  a) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages through the creation of a safe, culturally sensitive space where women can heal, break cycles of abuse and toxicity that lead to poor mental and physical wellbeing. This will enable women from a range of backgrounds to break down behaviours and attitudes that contributes to cycles of abuse and toxicity.  b) The organisation of recreational activities through the provision of a dedicated space for women to access trauma informed support groups and build a supportive community for recreation with the added benefit of trauma informed healing. The women will participate in well-being workshops that will help them to build daily wellbeing tools for them to heal and thrive.
