Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 Thrive Together Moray will endeavour to support local families who have children with additional support needs and promote acceptance and understanding 4.2 Who will benefit: Children in Moray between the age of 6 months to 18 years 4.3 Mission, spell out what you will do to turn vision in to reality: To provide activities, play sessions and life skills to children with additional support needs in Moray, regardless of official diagnosis 4.4 What are the outcomes of our work, how will you achieve them. Our outcomes will be measured by the testimonials of families and how we have been able to support them through various factors. We will keep data on individuals through a referral process to record needs that need met and contributing factors to families situations. This data will be protected by the Data Protection Act and families will be asked to sign a consent form on their registration to the organisation.
