The charity was established to develop the use of St Drostan's Church and its outbuildings as a community resource, to study its archaeology and its history in its wider local context, and to involve the local community in exploring the heritage of community and church. |

| In pursuit of these aims, we have continued to provide guides to give hospitality to those using the Fife Pilgrim Way and to take these and other visitors in a tour of the church. Apart from visitors who just turn up,including people from the local area, we have actively invited groups for special tours of the building. We commissioned an artist to accurately portray a hidden architectural feature Currently we are engaged in a project, with the help of Scottish Community Tourism (SCOTO), to increase the flow of tourists to the town. |

Financial review
Brief statement of the charity’s policy The charity does not currently maintain a formal reserves policy. Because on reserves the charity has no fixed financial commitments or ongoing operational overheads, the trustees have determined that a reserve fund is not required at this stage. All available funds are fully and directly applied to furthering the charity's main purposes. Other optional information

Church and Tower Preservation: Opened the historic church and 12th-century Norman tower to visitors daily from Easter through October, providing volunteer-led guided tours.

Archaeological and Historical Research: Continuing work to uncover and understand the medieval layout and history of the site along the Fife Pilgrim Way.

Artistic Installations: Commissioned a striking 5-metre high mural painted by a local artist depicting the hidden Norman arch inside the church as an educational tool for visitors and school outreach.

Community Engagement: Promoting local events, heritage open days (such as Doors Open Days), and community-focused activities to boost engagement and tourism in the area. Have partnered with Scottish Community Tourism (SCOTO), to increase the flow of tourists to the town.
