Objectives: 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, or other disadvantage, in particular those who are blind, partially sighted or have a dual sensory loss (the 'Community'). 4.2 the advancement of health and well-being in particular in respect of individuals within the Community, through participation in physical activities, particularly but not exclusively in tandem cycling. 4.3 the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for and the well being of the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, particularly but not exclusively through tandem cycling and related or associated activities.
