We are working with Aberdeenshire Council towards reopening our village public toilets . We have been working towards this trough many meetings and layers of council departments and teams. We feel we are nearly there with all documentation now being looked at by our solicitor and the councils finance team. We do hope at some point to take ownership of the toilet block, but, as yet we do not own any land and buildings.

Objectives: The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the Community of New Pitsligo as defined by AB43, Buchan Community Councils and Aberdeenshire North/Moray East (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in Clause 4 below (“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). 4.2 The advancement of citizenship or community development
