During the year, the charity continued to develop and strengthen its position as a practical delivery organisation supporting the transition to a more circular, sustainable and inclusive local economy. Despite an increasingly challenging funding environment across the third sector, the organisation has continued to grow its activities, diversify its income streams and increase its impact within the communities we serve. Our principal focus remained the operation and development of the GoodBuild Hub. The Hub continues to provide an important resource for the construction and community sectors by diverting surplus materials from waste streams and making them available for reuse. Through this work we are helping to reduce waste, lower carbon emissions and provide affordable access to materials for individuals, community organisations and businesses.

Objectives: The advancement of environmental protection or improvement - We will set up a centre of excellence for the circular economy to provide opportunities for our residents, communities and businesses to take practical steps decrease Scotland's carbon footprint.
