Activities
'It carries out activities or services itself'
'the advancement of education','the advancement of animal welfare'
We thrive to build a resilient, high-quality wildlife rescue and rehabilitation service for the Highlands & Islands, the only licensed, all-species centre covering this vast geography. Our work continues to focus on delivering excellent wildlife care while developing essential infrastructure to meet future demand. These included mammals such as hedgehogs, a wide range of birds (from common species to rarities like Osprey), and amphibians, many of them Red or Amber listed or migratory species. Growing public awareness has led to more direct admissions, supported by an expanded transport network. Alongside rescue and rehabilitation, we work closely with vets, SSPCA colleagues, other rescues and local partners, recognising that collaboration saves more lives.
Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: To provide rehabilitation for native wildlife species, and education to the public.
