The Society exists to advance heritage, culture and education by collecting, conserving, interpreting and promoting the history of Brora and the surrounding area. These aims are to be met by such objectives as the preservation of archaeological remains, the preparation of reports on historic relics and setting up of a local museum.

Objectives: The charitable purposes of the Company are to advance the education of the public about, to stimulate public interest in and to care for the history and heritage of the Parish of Clyne, by any means that is now, or hereafter may be, charitable in law.
