These funds are often unrestrlcted and can so can spent on food for the famllles we seNe, on occolon the funds are restricted and need to be spent on spedfic projeds tD imwove our offerin8 and efficiency. We are fortunate to have a 8rowln8 number of Indlvlduals that donate money ch rnonth by direct debit. The charity Trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10111 Idl of the 2006 Accounts Regulations doe5 not app. It 15 my responsibility to examine the accounts U5 required under section 44111 {cl of th• Act and to state whether particular matters have come to mv atientlon. Basi5 of Independent Examiner's Statement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations.
