Summary of the maln actlvltles In relatlon to these objects Irvine Vineburgh Sports & Fitness Club continues to provide vitsl sporting opportunities to the local community. offering boxing activrties a minimum of five days per week. We place a strong emphasis on supporting vulnerable groups, particulady young people al risk of engaging in antisocial or risky behaviours, by offering a $lru¢tured, disciplined, and supportive environment. Our programmes also include women-only and adult classes, aimed at improving participants, physical and mental heatth, boosting confidence, and encouraging healthy lrfestyles. Through these inclusive sessions. we have built a welcoming community space that promotes wellbeing for all. In addition to our sporting aclivilies, we actively support Fersonal development and employability by providing volunteer opportunities for adults and young people aged 14 and over. These roles help indivKluals gain valuable skills, experience. and confidence that support their future career paths. We are proud of our sporting achievements, with several of our members Competing successfully at national level. The club currently boasts seven Scottish National Champions and continues to develop high-level athletes, Some of whom are part of the Boxing Scotland Elile Team. Furthermore, we have played a key role in the fomiation of a combined boxing group in partnership with the national governing body, Boxing Scotland, taking young athletes lo compete in intemational toumaments across the UK and Ireland. Our dedication and impact have been recognised through numerous a¢¢olades, in¢luding being awarded Best Club at nats'onal ¢ompelitions. We remain committed lo nurturing talent, supporting our community, and using sport as a tool for positive change.

APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period Our club has had success at all national championships this year and has members who regularly box for their country. Through our activities we have improved mental and physical health through rigorous training and conditioning, boxing clubs promote physical fitness, strength, and overall health, helping reduce issues such as obesity and related health cOn￿rnS in the ommunity. We have seen a reduction in anti-social behaviour locally By providing a structured environment and positive outlet, Our club offers an alternative to risky or antisocial behaviour, fostering respect and responsibility. The club has spoken to local residents and community police who report reductions in local crime. Our club has brought people together including diverse from different race and religion, fostering friendships, respect. and mutual support among members from different backgrounds, which strengthened community bonds and promoted inclusivity. The created of a Western district team has meant that our boxers are able to regularly train with others from the west of Scotland bringing together those from drff8r8nt areas reducing isolation.
