Our charity is dedicated to preserving the River Clyde’s rich shipbuilding heritage and supporting community regeneration. Our primary purpose: to establish an interactive museum/ visitor village showcasing Clyde-built ships, beginning with HMS Ambuscade/PNS Tariq (donated by the Pakistan Government) to celebrate maritime history and foster cross-cultural connections. Through immersive exhibitions/hands-on activities, we aim to educate and inspire visitors on the global impact of Clyde shipbuilding. The village will include accessible start-up space to empower local entrepreneurs driving economic renewal in underutilised riverside areas. While in planning stage, we’ve engaged with UK historic sites, Government, local authorities, the commercial sector, universities/colleges, participated in public events promoting our project/build partnerships. Sustainability, inclusivity and accessibility guide us as we honour the Clyde’s legacy while creating opportunity for future generations.
