The Consilium Sports Group Foundation exists for charitable purposes only. Its charitable purpose, in compliance with the requirements of OSCR, is the advancement of public participation in sport. The charity's objective is to support young people's participation in their chosen sport who may be being held back by their financial situation, social circumstances or ethnicity. The charity aims to support a diverse range of individuals, of different ages, across various sports and levels of ability. Individuals, broadly between the ages of 12-19 years old, will be identified by working with schools, sports clubs, governing bodies and via direct promotion. In line with the charity's strategy, support to young people will be provided by means of grants which will be tailored to each person's specific needs. Grants will be paid direct to the individual. Funding for the Charity's grants will mostly be achieved by holding a range of fund raising events.
