'the advancement of religion'

The purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian Faith and the relief of poverty and other social needs in the local community and through out the world. The aims of the Church are in line with its Mission Statement - 'Serving Christ, Serving One Another and the Community'. These aims are achieved through holding weekly church services, and engaging in children's and youth work e.g. by running a summer holiday club for primary aged children. We also run a twice weekly mother and toddlers group and a monthly 'dads and lads' group and have regular input at a local nursing home. We also support financially several other organisations, both within the UK and in other countries, that are involved in the advancement of the Christian Faith and the relief of poverty and other social needs .

Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
