Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes
Summary of the main activities
in relation to these objects
To create an environment that balances fun with a work ethic that
encourages players to strive to be the best they can be. To develop our
players to their highest level of physical and technical ability. Help
players build social skills to be successful within a team environment and
for life. Provide a football journey and an experience the player will
cherish for a lifetime. While also meeting the development aspirations
of all players; and providing pathways onwards from grassroots football.
Annual fees are set yearly for each player which is used to pay for
training/match facilities and any equipment needed.
We strive to have the best coaches and support our volunteers through
SFA courses in order to deliver the best possible coaching to aid our
player development.

Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements
of the charity during the financial
period
The club is currently fundraising for an artificial pitch and has raised
£149,000 after expenses. We will continue our fundraising efforts
throughout 2026 and will also seek support from the Scottish FA, Sport
Scotland, and corporate sponsorship partners. Our aspiration is to
complete the build in 2026.
West End continues to grow year on year, with new age groups being
added and participation increasing across the club. We now have 450
players, including 120 girls, reflecting the strength of our community and
the demand for high-quality football opportunities.
Having our own all-weather facility would bring significant benefits to the
club, supporting player development, improving training consistency, and
providing a long-term home for our growing membership.
