Brief statement of the charity’s policy	The club maintains a reserve fund with a target balance of at least six
on reserves	months’ worth of operating expenses incurred in the close season,
	October – March (Currently £7,000)
	The reserve fund is used to cover unexpected costs, such as emergency
	repairs or unexpected declines in revenue, and to ensure the stability and	repairs or unexpected declines in revenue, and to ensure the stability and
	long-term viability of the club.
	The club contributed annually an amount sufficient to maintain target
