i Basis of accounting
These accounts have been prepared on the Receipts and Payments basis in accordance with the Charities & Trustee investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotiand) Regulations 2006 {as amenden}.
2 Nature and purpose of funds
Linrestricted funds are those that may be used at the discretion of the trustees in furtherance of tre objects of the charity. The trustees maintain a single unrestricted fund for the day-to-day running ¢ the club.
Restricted funds may only be used for specific purposes. Restrictions arise when specified by the conor or when funds are raised for specific purposes.

5 Trustee remuneration ‘ a . the wife of a current Trustee and was a founding Trustee but resigned on 19 September 2022. She was employed by the charity from 1 June 2023 to 29 February 2024 and reappointed as a Trustee on 25 November 2024. Following an open recruitment process i daughter of two of the Trustees was recruited as manager and started as an employed on 6 june 2024. Her contract «: due to run to 31 March 2026.
