The trustees are responsible for ensuring the delivery of a week-long residential Quaker faith-based event for young people aged 11-16. The trustees organise the event location and finances for the running of the event, and appoint a volunteer staff group to plan and run the event.

Objectives: (a) The furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain particularly by organising events for young people to promote the education of the ideals which uphold the Quaker testimonies of equality, peace, simplicity and truth.
