Although the Charity was 8ranted SCIO status on 19, January 2022. the charitable activity had been taking place before this date through Foundation Scotland. RecruStment pollcy At the conclusion of each AGM, any Charity trustees appointed during the period since the precedinB AGM (but excluding those re-appointed under clause 23 of the constitution during that period) shall retire from office. The Charity trustees to retire shall be those who have served the longest.
