STATUS AND GOVERNING DOCUMENT The Orgatiisation was iewsred as a Scottish CThaTitable Jncorwirated (kg3tiis8tion (SCIO) under the name of Rotary Club of AYT SCIO- number SC051422 on 24November2021. It is governedby its Constitution created on 18 September 2021. This was updated on 24 Novemiv 2024 wlmi its name was changed to Rotary ID Alloway Benevolent Trust - rethining its stat$ as a SCIO. The a¢tAvities of Rolary in Alloway B¢nevolent TTht SCIO c¢&sed with effect from 30 June 2024 haviDg been transfetred to the unincorp)Tated organisatiOD - Rotary Club of Alloway - Club No. 2(K)57 of Rotsry International - District 1320. RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF MEmBERRUSTEEs Members of the organisation are subjeci io approval by the Council of the Rotary Club of Alloway who are also Tnle¢s. The activilie5 of the organisalion jrc managed by a Board appointed by the members. Trustees retire al annu81 AGM however are eligible forre-clection automatically unless they have chosen not to be re4lecteC or another appointed in their place. The Rotary Club of Alloway and is Club No. 2157 of Rotsry International - District 1320. TRIISTF.F.S REVIEW Durin8th¢ year further fund-raising efforts for relief in Uknine resulted in a donation to a Ukraine Hospital of £3.051.97 An Ayr Town HaIl Concert together with an Auaion and Car B(M)t Sale proded further fu totallitig £1,882.50 Donations from the Wishing Well and oth¢r5 from membas amount¢d to £483.68 in the year. tktails of all Grants and tk)natioL8 paid in the year 8r¢ contained in No 6 to the Accounts. The Trustees are 8fdt¢ful to the members of thc Rotary Club of Ailoway and many others WIM) have supported these activities during the year. RISK MANAGEMENT The TnLStees hav¢ asKssed the major risks to which the Trust is exposed and related to the operatioJLS and finances of the TTU5L and they are s&tisfied that systems are ID plac¢ to mitigate expUre to the major risks.
