Face to Face Ministries SCIO (“Face to Face”) (https://www.facetofacescotland.org/) was founded upon the conviction that young pastors need to be supported through mentoring and coaching in order to facilitate their long-term growth, development, encouragement and fruitfulness. There is ample academic literature on the risks of burnout, depression and other factors negatively affecting clergy and other Christian workers and we believe that these risks can be significantly ameliorated by the provision of the type of support that we offer. Face to Face offers 'face to face' mentoring and coaching to full time Christian workers and others usually (but not exclusively) in the first 10 years of their ministry in order to support them in their support of others.

Objectives: 4 The organisation's purposes are to advance religion in relation to the Christian Faith in the United Kingdom through providing: (a) spiritual and emotional support to pastors, ministers and other Christian workers to advance their spiritual and mental health. (b) coaching and mentoring support to pastors, ministers and other Christian workers to assist them in the effective fulfilment of their duties.
