APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period The Journey and key events during our financial period. 2022-2023. Selection and recruitment of 9 youth workers took place in the lead up to the opening of the Irvine Youth legacy Centre on 12th December 2022. Our first event was part of the Yuletide festival where we hosted Santa's grotto with over 800 attending. There after we launched our full programme in January 2023. The centre was open 7 days a week and in our first year we had 298 individual young people in attendance. The centre continues to grow and work in partnership with a wlde range of agencies including education and social work colleagues. The charity support 4 students as placement supervlsors on their journey through University enhancing routes into wider employment in the future. The centre have 407 young people as registered attendees and we continue to offer high quallty youth engagement activities. The Trustees continue to volunteer their time in supporting the youth work team and the management of the facility.

The current Treasurer shall manage this task in time for presentation of next accounts. There are no reseNes currently.
