Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the financial period
The Journey and key events during our financial period.
2022-2023.
Selection and recruitment of 9 youth workers took place
in the lead up to the opening of the Irvine Youth legacy
Centre on 12th December 2022.
Our first event was part of the Yuletide festival where we
hosted Santa's grotto with over 800 attending.
There after we launched our full programme in January
2023. The centre was open 7 days a week and in our first
year we had 298 individual young people in attendance.
The centre continues to grow and work in partnership
with a wlde range of agencies including education and
social work colleagues.
The charity support 4 students as placement supervlsors
on their journey through University enhancing routes into
wider employment in the future.
The centre have 407 young people as registered
attendees and we continue to offer high quallty youth
engagement activities.
The Trustees continue to volunteer their time in
supporting the youth work team and the management of
the facility.

Financial review
Brlof statement of the charity'8 pollcy Charity does not have a policy on reserves at this time this
on r•serves
was advised at previous examination. The current Treasurer
shall manage this task in time for presentation of next
accounts. There are no reseNes currently.
Details of any deficit
Any deficit within Ihe last financial year shall be addressed
this financial year by clearly examining expenditure that this
charity should not have been liable for.
This is currently being addressed through claiming back
funds paid for the provision of water to the premises over a
three-year period and securing premises through community
