This charity was established to replace Link Befriending Project East Fife (SC027493). An application to wind up Link Befriending Project East Fife (SC027493) has yet to be submitted to OSCR. No assets have been transferred during this financial year, as such no accounts have been prepared for the SCIO for this period. It is the intention of the trustees that following the transfer the principal purposes of the charity will be to provide a befriending service and social events to empower clients to participate more fully in the life of the community. Since the end of the 2024/2025 financial year, the charity now has a bank account and a formal application to wind up Link Befriending Project East Fife (SC027493) and transfer its assets will be submitted to OSCR early in 2026.

Objectives: 4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 to endeavour to relieve the suffering and distress and promote the welfare of the inhabitants of the Fife area who have or have had mental health problems and are identified as being socially and/or rurally isolated. 4.2 The charity’s principal objects are: to provide a befriending service and social events to empower clients to participate more fully in the life of the community.
