THE HAVEN AT APPROACHES and METHODS VANGUARD IOR5E5 HELPING HEROES * * * We continue to use interaction with horses as the main thrust of our activities which allows our participants and visitors to tap into the uniquely powerful instincts and feelings of the horse. Equine Facilitated Learning type activities In addition to the crafts allow the visitors to engage both mind and body In one visit. We have also used cold water therapy and breathwork classes to give visitors the all important tools with which to cope with day to day living when they are not present.
