We provide participants with the ability to interact with horses using equine facilitated learning type experiences as well as arts and crafts, bushcraft activities and being outdoors in a quiet rural setting. We have also provided Wim Hof cold water/ice bath therapies along with breathwork techniques to assist in the management of stress/anxiety/mental health issues. Further to that we have worked with a battle re-enactment group who have attended on site and demonstrated a real life depiction of period battle, life and weapons as well has horses. We have attended off site events also whereby we take our miniature Shetland ponies to partner organisations in order to introduce equine therapies to a broader audience.

Objectives: 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To advance health, provide relief to those in need and advance education through the provision of equine facilitated learning opportunities and additional activities that will provide confidence, reduce social isolation, improve mental health and wellbeing of participants and develop individual skills and understanding.
