The Tigh Sgoile Trust supports community development and humanitarian projects overseas, with a particular focus at present on Latin America. We do this by making grants to partner organisations and individuals who carry out the work on our behalf.
Objectives: Trust purposes 1. The Trustees shall hold and apply the sum of £1 paid by us to them, and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the following purposes: (a) the prevention or relief of poverty (b) the advancement of education (c) the advancement of citizenship or community development (d) the advancement of health (e) the advancement of animal welfare (f) any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes
