SUMMARY OF MAIN AcfiviTIES Shining Stars offers to children, young people and adults with a wide range of additional support needs. drama. musical theatre. sensory workshops. drama therapy, dance and movement, sensory drama. relèxation and mindfulness, Makaton choir. adult Sla1 club and holiday camps. The past year has been successful and we have welcomed new clients FUNDING We are currently increasing the numbers of participants to our classes and this has increased our turnover. we do fund raise. which has also proved very lucrative and still vigorously pursue funding from our local authority, The National Lottery and various other charitable trusts. Our Corporate and Public donations have increased. In this financial year the organisation had a deficit of £10,156 However, £30,OCM) was received from the Postcode Lottery just at the beginning of the new financial year and had been ear-marked for payments pertaining to the financial year 2024 and is unrestricted. Another donation of £5.(K)O wa5 received from Miller Fabrications in the name of who sadly passed away in early 2023. pupillmember
