4.1 To promote the achievements of the arts, heritage and culture:-

i) Through the creation of a programme that is of, by and for the people of Skye

ii) Through a programme that whilst international and diverse draws inspiration from the heritage and culture of Skye

iii) Through encouraging engagement with multi-disciplinary art forms and artists

4.2 To promote an increase of recreational activities: _

i) Through delivering an ambitious, diverse and inclusive programme of activities and events ii)Through a variety of inspiring activities and programming which may take the form of workshops, research and local food.

iii) Through engaging and inspiring collaborative communities in the Isle of Skye generate dialogue

iv) Through programme that encouraged inclusive conversations

4.3 To promote the advancement of environmental protection and improvement

i) Through progressive, environmentally focussed programming and learning experiences

Summary of main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objectives

During 2024-25, Initial discussions with the board to dissolve Site Collective as it had become clear that it was no longer sustainable to run the SCIO with local competition for similar projects and time constraints.

Brief Statement of the Charity’s Reserve Policy

Site Collective has very little regular outgoings and operates on a project by project basis. As a relatively new SCIO, there is no reserve policy in place but as the organisation grows, it will operate a three months running costs reserve policy.
