Thank you also to everyone who attends groups and classes 8nd hopefullyget a enjoyment, stimulation. fun and triendship from ihem. tof 2024 Is back to normal programme after COVID day5 Proqramme h•ld In the Communlty Centre: The regular programme continues with around 20 groups allendingeach week. Most attend weekly except the Men's Shed which meets 3 times a week. One change to the programme is the ending ot a Needlecraft Group which has run by same tuiorfof 51 years. It has been replace bya Knit & NatterGioup which is very active workingon several projects for chariti88. We Teceived fundingto have 2 benches installed in Central PaTk-this has been a very successful projeci beingwell used by all ages but particularly for older people wr•) can onlyw81k lor short periods of time and enjoy a chat with others they meet. Most ol our activities are for Older Adults but we have particularly successful Basketball groups for children and adults. New windows installed in lower corridor have made such a difference to the comfort in the rooms. We held taster sessions as part ot"Gramplan Health & Wellbeing Month" in May and look part in a°Come & Network Day" in Aberdeen to promote ourwork. EncourAGE Outreach Work based in two Sheltered Houslng Unlts continues to be well supported by a rota of 15 Oldervolunteers. Progiamme includes Seated Exer¢ise, Music. Crafts and Outings in the Community Minibus.
