To maintain and run the village hall for our small community, making a warm safe space available for the community to use throughout the year.

Objectives: The company's objects are: (a)To provide recreational facilities, and organise recreational activities, available to the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life. (b)To advance education. (c)To advance citizenship and community development. and (d)To advance the arts and culture. in each case, primarily for the benefit of residents of Armadale and the surrounding area, through (i) the management and operation of Armadale Village Hall and (ii) organising, supporting and/or delivering a range of activities and events (whether accommodated in Armadale Village Hall or otherwise) which further one or more of the above aims.
