The organisation has been formed to benefit the community of East Nairnshire Community Council area. To advance citizenship or community development, including rural regeneration. To improve the quality of life, health, well-being and independence and to reduce social isolation of residents by reason of age, ill-health, disability or social circumstances. To advance environmental protection or improvement, including maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities, for the Community and the public.

Objectives: The organisation has been formed to benefit the community of East Nairnshire Community Council area as delineated in the map attached (the 'Community') with the following purposes: To advance citizenship or community development, including rural regeneration.
